The weather has turned cold and we are in the spirit of the holidays. We had a wonderful dinner that we served for the Windham County Farm Bureau in October. The farmers donated fruit, apple cider, milk and vegetables as well as beef for the dinner. This has been an annual event. Holiday pies will be made for our fundraisers. The annual Woodstock Winter Festival is also in our holiday plan. We will be making wreaths as well. The Grange held a very successful boot and sock drive for the community with donations to go to the local TEEG center which makes them available to those in need.
Our Grange also is forming a group to get a Woodstock Planning meeting program started for the America 250 year anniversary. Groups continue to use our hall for events. It is great to see many of the community in our hall.
