May 24: “Memorial Program”
We continue to learn about the history of our country with Sue’s informative programs (and continue to be amazed at how little we know). On March 8, our Ritual Night, we welcomed State Overseer, Ted Powell, who inspected us (We passed!) and participated in a rousing game of Grangeopoly, a game invented by our Lecturer based on the Ritual of the Grange.
Our hall has been used by a local 4H group for a get-together and also by the Boy Scouts for a baked potato dinner. The Lions Club will hold a steak dinner there on June
15. And if these high winds will just stop toppling the trees around us next time we will tell you all about awesome April.
