JULY 1, 2023 -- INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Cup Raisins
18 oz. can of crushed or cut pineapple chunks
1 lb. low calorie mayonnaise
INSTRUCTIONS:
Drain pineapple into a bowl, set aside pineapple. Put raisins in the pineapple juice to soak for 30 minutes, then drain. Grate carrots. Put carrots into a bowl and toss with the mayo. Mix in the pineapple
and raisins. Refrigerate and enjoy.
