| JUNE 8, 2015 -- Snow and cold gone – now for dry, hot, sweaty! Hot, humid and thunderstorms! Motorcycles, bicycles, and lawn mowers and ice cream cones!
At our last meeting a few pounds of tabs came in and labels for school. One person brought in labels for about 800 points. Three boxes were brought in for the veterans – personal items to go to the veteran’s hospital in New Haven.
Gardens are being planted. Birds are building their nests and I hope they get those mosquitoes and ticks.
Gas prices are beginning to climb up. Kids are getting impatient for summer vacation.
