In the past few weeks I am certain that the test kitchens have been at work.  The CWA baking contest of Strawberry Cupcakes is being held in most Granges during the months of April and May.

If you don’t have the recipe contact your Chairman or any of the State Committee It is an easy recipe and they taste good.  

Just a reminder to use the regular size cups, not the large.  Enter three on a plate for judging and the rest could be used for refreshments.
