| MARCH 3, 2012 -- I have heard from three Pomonas regarding our statewide tag sale to be held on Saturday, April 28th to benefit the American Liver Association. Excelsior Pomona will be at Oxford Grange (a change from our original schedule as the Bethlehem Memorial hall was not available), Mountain County Pomona at Litchfield Grange and New Haven County at Wallingford Grange. We thank these Patrons for their support and look forward to hearing from the other Pomonas.
By the time the April issue of the Connecticut Granger is printed, tickets will be available in each Pomona for our Roast of Phil Prelli. This is being held at Cheshire Grange on Saturday, May 19th. We have some good “roasters” lined up and are still waiting to hear from others. If you would like your name added to the list, please give me a call. |
