Cawasa Grange remembers Provi Incillo

Providencia M. "Provi" Incillo, 76, of Trout Brook Road, Bristol, wife of the late Eladio Y. Incillo, died Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at John Dempsey Hospital in Farmington. She was born Sept. 17, 1934 in Puerto Rico, daughter of the late Prudencio and Serafina (Rodriguez) Mojica and had lived in Collinsville for over 50 years prior to moving to Bristol.

She was a member of St. Patrick's Church and Women's Auxiliary in Collinsville, the Cawasa Grange #34 in Collinsville, the Canton Camera Club and the Collinsville Garden Club.

She is survived by her five sons and daughters-in-law, Eladio "Ed" and Debbie Incillo of Torrington, Jose Incillo and Judy Melnick of Bristol, John and Ellen Incillo of West Simsbury, Michael and Suki Incillo of Barkhamsted, and James and Cherie Incillo of Unionville; four daughters and sons-in-law: Josephine and Toby Capitanio of Bristol, Rita and Walter Wabrek of New Hartford, Linda Incillo of Bristol, and Jeannette and Stacey Jackson of North Carolina; 18 grandchildren: Christopher and Joseph Incillo; Michael, Kimberly, and Jared Incillo; Jason and Joshua Incillo and Kellie Jennison; Megan Incillo; Ashley DeRamo and Taylor Capitanio; Bethany and Vanessa Wabrek; Brittney Capitanio, Dylan Jewett, and Faith Incillo; Latasha Incillo and Tatiana Jackson; five great-grandchildren; and many other children whom she helped raise.

The family would like to thank the staff at John Dempsey Hospital and The Connecticut Hospice for the compassionate care they provided. 

Friends may call at the Vincent Funeral Home, 120 Albany Turnpike, Canton on Tuesday, March 29, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. A funeral will be Wednesday, March 30 at 10:15 a.m. from the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. at St. Patrick's Church in Collinsville. Burial will be in Dyer Cemetery, Canton.
