| OCTOBER 3, 2024 -- Cannon Grange held its 92nd annual Agricultural Fair on Sunday, August 25. With well over 500 attendees, nearly 200 exhibits in competition, music, vendors, charities, food and more, the weather cooperated in creating a wonderful community event, helping to celebrate Cannon Grange’s 125th anniversary. The Norwalk River, which borders Cannon Grange’s historic 1899 hall, chose to flood badly the week before, washing away our picnic table and nearly entering the Hall. Fortunately it did not, though our small barn was damaged. The degree of damage is being assessed. Many thanks to all the volunteers and others who made it a great day. |
