MARCH 7, 2023 -- Sorry to sound like a broken record but we are still working on replacing our roof. We received a
$1,000 grant from the State Grange Foundation. We were sure happy to receive this money. It really helps with the fundraising.
Meetings in January and February were held in the lower hall to save on fuel. Time will tell if it did.
At our February meeting we were visited by State Master Robert Buck who presented us with our second place Community Service certificate. A check has now been received also.
Program for March 10 is “Daffodils” in the charge of Maria Sousa, refreshments will be grilled cheese sandwiches and dessert. Program for April 14 is “Daisy” with Joanne Cipriano in charge. Refreshments will be done by Marianne Nielsen and Ron Gunther.
Our January tag sale was very profitable, thanks to some good donations. The March sale will be on the 18th from 9 to 3. Open Mic will be the same day from 2 to 5.
