Oct. 14: Legislative Program

Oct. 28: All Ghosts & Goblins invited to the Halloween Party (7:30)

Our Community Service project this year helped to brighten up our town war memorials and rec. building. Many thanks to Cheree, Robert and Jason Miner and Jeff and Debbie Barnes for their hard work in planting the flowers and keeping them watered during the drought.

Our August programs were presented by either the ladies or the gentlemen and were very enjoyable. Julia Watrous, our Lecturer’s granddaughter, performed a beautiful dance at our August 26th meeting, dancing on her toes to “Pas de Deux” from Sleeping Beauty.

Our one meeting in October will be presented by the Legislative Committee. We will hold our annual Halloween Party on the 28th and the festivities will begin at 7:30. There will be prizes for costumes and games. Please come in costume and bring the kids or grandkids. And if only we get a little more rain so our lawns will green up a bit, next time I’ll tell you all about sweet September.
