All are welcome and invited to attend our 87th Agricultural Fair which will be held on Sunday, August 25th from 10 AM to 4 PM, rain or shine. Small admission fee with a canned good for the Wilton Food Pantry. Come see many extraordinary exhibits of horticulture and homemaking inside the Hall, and some fascinating non-profit organizations from town along with an assortment of concessionaires. We look forward to seeing many Grange members from near and far this year.
We are happy to announce that our election of officers will have Dearta Fusaro as our new president. Dearta has been active in many facets of Grange activities and it is fitting that she will serve as our next president.
We enjoyed a nice picnic meeting in mid-July; something we haven’t done in a while. Many of our members are very skilled in the culinary arts, and the foods on the buffet table attested to that. To live well is to eat well for sure! Especially when so many of the vegetables that were enjoyed were picked within hours of the picnic at one of our member’s farm here in town.
