Sept. 5: Installation, How did we do this year?
On a lovely warm evening (about time), we held our May meeting.
We voted to pay part of our Lecturer’s expenses so she can attend Lecturer’s Conference in August.
Our Lyme Grange Fair was discussed (a.k.a. Hamburg Fair) at great length.
A shock to all of us, our Secretary and Steward announced they would not be able to serve the next two years. They have served faithfully since coming to us from Old Lyme Grange.
We sang “Happy Anniversary” to Marilyn and Norman Stitham (our Sec. & Steward) who on May 23 will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary. Congrats to both of them!!!
