| December 15, 2017 -- The Juniors had a “Spooky Room” at the annual Sterling “Spooktacular”at the Sterling Municipal Building. Carrie Molodich decorated an SUV and she and Russell Gray away candy as part of the Trunk Or Treat that afternoon/ evening. Many other Subordinate and Junior members had various roles in the success of this annual event, which brought an evening of super fun to over 300 children! . Our Junior and Subordinate both had booths at the annual Sterling Farm Day. The Juniors held their own Halloween party and a great time was had by all! 5 Juniors earned their “Host State” badges and several are working on their State badges, learning much more about Connecticut. The Juniors will have their annual St. Judes fundraiser that day after Thanksgiving. They have another new Junior! They are working on their Christmas program. This year they will present a variety of countries traditions, with “Small World” as their theme. The annual Subordinate Grange Christmas Bazaar will be Sat., Dec. 2nd. We gained two members by initiation and several by demit from Echo Grange. Sad to lose yet another Grange but we welcome them into our fold.
