| October 15, 2017 -- Granby Grange mourns the loss of Lyall Harry Shaw of East Hartland and beloved husband of Vivian Shaw. Lyall was a veteran of the Korean War in the Army until his discharge in 1957. Lyall and Vivian regularly gave blood and helped organize blood drives for Granby Grange for many years. He was a Master of Granby Grange and Farmington Valley Pomona and served as a Deputy for Farmington Valley Pomona.
In August, Jean and Paul Sutton of Suffield made it possible for Granby Grange to receive a (new to us) farm stand.
Granby holds its annual Agricultural Fair on September 16. |
