Oct. 8: Monte Carlo Whist Card Party, 7 P.M.
Glastonbury Grange officers will be installed on Sept. 1 by Edith Schoell and her team. Dan Posuniak will be installed Master. All members are on the refreshment list. We will have “Potluck Desserts.”
Oct.1 is our Semi- Annual Bakeless/Foodless Sale. This is an important fundraiser for us. Our rent is our largest expense. We do need everyone’s help with this sale. No donation is too small. Your donation can be sent to Secretary Kathryn Ruff, P.O. Box 192, Pomfret Center, CT 06259.
Oct. 6: Ghosts and Goblins. Sister Ann Gilnack will have an appropriate program for that title.
Oct. 8: Our monthly Monte Carlo Whist Card Parties will begin. We look forward to seeing folks attend. Bring a couple of friends with you. Everyone’s participation is most welcome. It is a fun evening with delicious refreshments. Come one, come all. See you there. |
