AUGUST 28, 2014 -- With the future of the Grange and the Grange Hall in Litchfield uncertain, the Connecticut State Grange has spent the summer spreading the word about its "Save Litchfield Grange" campaign. Many people throughout Litchfield and surrounding towns have expressed interest and we are excited to announce an introductory meeting with the purpose of re-opening Litchfield Grange.
The meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 10 at the Grange Hall at 435 Bantam Road in Litchfield beginning at 7:30 P.M. It will feature an introduction to the Grange meeting format, a brief video about the Grange in Litchfield and a question and answer period by State President Jody Cameron. While we hope you will join, there is no obligation to do so. This is a unique opportunity to join a new Grange and be a part of the planning process from day one.
