| SEPTEMBER 6, 2013 -- Enjoying your summer? Up and down weather. We’ve had a lot of downpours of rain. The grass has been growing well and keeping the lawnmowers busy.
The vegetables are not as good-- some are very good.
Love the tomato sandwiches. The farmer’s markets are busy. Peaches and apples are in and good so patronize your local orchard. I’ve heard people being stung by bees- so be careful.
Gas prices are up and down- mostly up!
Tabs, cans and coupons continue to be brought in.
Schools will be in soon. Backpacks are to be filled and any donations will be appreciated.
State Session is coming in October- will be in Norwich. Happy birthday to all.
