| SEPTEMBER 12, 2012 -- Our next meeting will be held at Bridgewater Grange on Wednesday, September 19th. Lecturer Jean Meehan will present a program titled U.S.S. Excelsior.
The handbooks for the new year are ready for distribution.
Our Chaplain, Mary Dubay, who suffered a stroke a few months back and now resides with family in Florida was here on a visit in July. Some of our members were happy to be able to visit with her during her stay. She is missed at our meetings.
We have a team for the Social Connection Pomona Competitive. Volunteering to represent Excelsior Pomona are: Rob Buck, Ron Fischer, Bryan Kaplan and Dorothy Fairchild. The rest of us Cowboys will be on hand to cheer for our team.
Our next big project will be our 38th Annual Bazaar and Roast Beef Dinner on Saturday, November 3. Save the date we need your help. |
