| FEBRUARY 9, 2012 -- The Quinebaug Pomona Drill Team will begin rehearsals for this year’s drill in March. Last year the team placed first in the Northeast region. Anyone who is interested in participating or helping with the Drill Team in any way is asked to contact Jody Cameron at 860-564-7614 or via email at president@ctstategrange.org.
Quinebaug Pomona will be 125 years old in June. To celebrate this milestone we are planning a celebration on May 20, 2012 at Echo Grange Hall, Mansfield Center at 2 p.m. More information will be forthcoming as the date approaches but we are starting to gather material and photos now. Anyone who has any photos of Pomona activities or events is asked to get them to Jodi Ann Cameron, 115 Prospect Street, Moosup, CT 06354, 860-564-7614, as soon as possible. The photos will be scanned into a computer and returned to you. If you have any materials that you think might be of interest for a display, etc., please contact any member of the Anniversary Committee: Jody Cameron, Carol Hnath, Debby Perry, Denise Aubin, and Pat and Jim Palmer.
