| JULY 3, 2011 -- We were saddened by the death of one of our members, Lu Fenn. She joined back in 1982. She was a lovely lady and will be missed.
Our July Food Bank item was “Chex Mix.” It went together well and we did 24 of them in one quart containers. We have a “Assembly” line and it goes pretty well, and quickly. This month we might do pasta salad ingredients.
We were proud to give out $50,000.00 in scholarships this year, we did our usual $20,000.00 to a student, and extra $20,000.00 for another student for the 4 years. ($5,000.00 per year). And four Technical scholarships for $2,500.00 each. Enjoy your summer.
