May Musings from Cawasa Grange

By Maggie Schofield, Cawasa Grange

  MAY 2, 2011 --

Hope you all had a wonderful Easter.  We had fun doing little Easter cakes, with coconut and jelly beans on top for the Food Bank.

Time to get ready to do your planting for May.  I tried that once or twice and now I go to Meadowview Farm in Southwick, MA and purchase the plants and pop em’ in!  Sure is a lot easier and the plants are very inexpensive and beautiful.

We are busy planning our next endeavor for the food bank, and getting ready to order our dictionaries for the 3rd graders.

Getting our website together now too!  Should be fun working on it... Have a wonderful spring!

“Last night I dreamed I ate a 10 lb. marshmallow, and when I woke up, the pillow was gone.” Tommy Cooper.

“You have to stay in shape; my Grandmother started walking 5 miles a day when she was 60!  She’s 97 today and we don’t know where the heck she is!”
