| SEPTEMBER 15, 2010 -- The Cheshire Grange Community Fair will be held 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, September 18 and 19, at the Grange Hall on Wallingford Road. A Roast Beef Dinner will be held at 12:15 and 1:30 p.m. on Sunday.
All proceeds from the food booth will benefit the National Grange project, “Words For Thirds.” This enables the Cheshire Grange to give a dictionary to every third-grader in the public schools.
Bargains will be available at Granny’s Attic and baked goods at the sales table. Items will be collected for our servicemen and women in Iraq and Afghanistan. An auction and gift basket drawing will be at 4 p.m. Sunday.
