Busy month here. with 9 new members. This was due to our wonderful promotion of what the Grange is. The welcoming Ceremony was administered to the 9 new members. An exhibit was created for the Woodstock Fair held Labor Day weekend. This included the new digital picture display purchased with the Rural Grant. A great exhibit was also done at the very popular Celebrating Agriculture on Sept.
20. A meet the candidates will be held at our hall on October 18. On August 2 Locally Grown day was very popular with 15 local participating farms. The weather was perfect for this annual event. Our Thanksgiving and Christmas pie sales have been scheduled and are always very popular and a great fundraiser. On October 8, we hosted the Windham County Farm Bureau annual meeting and dinner. Thank all the members and friends for helping with all the great events and the great local farms that donated products to this event.
