A regular meeting will be held on Wed., October 3rd at 7:30 p.m. at the Grange Hall, 44 Wallingford Road, Cheshire. The Lecturer's Program is entitled "It's Autumn". Refreshments will follow in charge of Liz Ryducha.

There will be free pony/horse rides, a mini petting zoo with educational talks about the animals, an antique tool display, and games for all with prizes. The Jam Good Pickers will provide musical entertainment starting at 7:00 PM. The highlight of the program is the food collection of surplus from home gardens as well as canned and boxed food items to be donated to the Loaves and Fishes Soup Kitchen in New Milford.
