Chef Salad and soup dinner featuring local greenhouse lettuce and home made soups. Following at 7:00p.m. a presentation on Aquaponic farming focusing resources on environmentally sustainable healthy and good food.
Program: guest speaker and Wallingford resident, Dick Conrad. Mr. Conrad will talk about "Winter Gardening" and how to prolong your garden into the winter months. The Public is invited to attend and learn more about this interesting topic. Refreshments will be served following the program. A short business meeting will preceed the program.
