| SEPTEMBER 2009 -- Several years ago National Grange discontinued the Deaf Activities department. It’s mission was finished and the thought was that there are so many other health issues needing attention. They then suggested Granges appoint Family Health Issues committees to explore and provide this much needed and beneficial information for the members at meetings.
We hope each Grange has either a committee or one person designated to handle this. Deaf Activities is not to be forgotten, but incorporated into this new, broader program.
