| MARCH 28, 2013 -- The New England Grange Building at the Big-E is celebrating 75 years of service to the Granges of New England. Sept. 22 is Grange day at the Eastern States Exposition (Big-E) and all Granges should make plans for attending Grange Day. The plans for Grange Day will be forthcoming in later articles.
The new Store Manager is Calvin Chase (MA) and he is looking for help running the store. The store will be open Sept 13-29thand will need four people each day. The shifts run from 9AM to 3 PM and 3PM to 9 PM. Admittance and parking are free. If sequential shifts are worked (afternoon, next morning shift), there is a motel room available at NEGB expense.
Tickets are available for admittance and parking but MUST be ordered in advance. It is absolutely a must that you notify Calvin Chase of what work days you intend to work by Aug. 15. All ticket and parking passes for Grange Day are requested in advance by the same date.
